Our journey began with a passion for more than just food—we wanted to share culture, experiences, and a sense of community. For nearly 15 years, our dad has been dedicated to the restaurant industry, always looking for ways to give back by bringing people together through food.

What started as a Tex-Mex concept evolved into a celebration of Latin flavors, inspired by his love for innovation and connection. He thrives on bringing something new and exciting to small towns, not just as a business but as a way to contribute to their growth and identity.
